This Agreement governs use of the "Personal Books Assistant" application (the "App"). The App is a private tool operated by a single individual (the "Owner") to access the Owner's own QuickBooks Online company. There are no other users; by using the App the Owner agrees to these terms.
The App is for the Owner's personal use only. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to any third party.
The App may be used to read the Owner's own QuickBooks Online data and to create or update records that the Owner explicitly directs. The Owner is responsible for the accuracy of any changes written to their books.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It is a personal utility and is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. The Owner is solely responsible for verifying financial data and for compliance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner assumes all risk arising from use of the App. The App carries no liability to any third party, as it has none.
The App uses Intuit's QuickBooks Online API subject to Intuit's applicable developer and end-user terms. "QuickBooks" and "Intuit" are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; this App is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit.
